Materials Usage Program

Whether you're an Independent Safety Trainer - or - a Corporate Safety Trainer, all Trainers need access to good quality Training Materials

You would have access to current TSC Course Titles.  All materials would be Co-Branded unless otherwise negotiated

You would be responsible for:

• Sales/Marketing (Independent Trainer)  
• Booking/Scheduling 
• Delivery of Course Subject 
• Issuing Training Certificates 
• Invoicing Clients (Independent Trainer) 
• Issuing Materials Usage payment to TSC (within 30-days of delivery) 

I am responsible for:

• Providing content: current/up-to-date 
• Reviewing/Updating content annually (annual Update-Fee may be involved)
• Providing comprehension/delivery support 

Each course title will come with:

• PowerPoint Presentation
• Written Test (where applicable) 
• Instructors Notes / Leaders Guide
• Instructors Test Answers
• Instructors Answer Key for quick-marking of Tests
• Guidance for Practical Evaluation (where applicable) 

The Materials Usage Program is based-on a Percentage-Per-Use:

• Independent Trainers = 15% course Net-Revenue, per-delivery
• Corporate Trainers = 15% of Current/Standard TSC Rates: Workshop, Half-Day or Full-Day, per-delivery 

The first benefit is, You/Your Company does not have to invest Design-Time to create course content/materials...

The second benefit is, You get materials designed by an Experienced Professional!  Many of the courses I teach are work-tasks I have actually done earlier in my Career.  This can be particularly helpful if You aren't a Subject Matter Expert (SME)... 

The third benefit is, annual reviews/updates are done for you.  If the specific course has very little changes/updates, there would be no-fee for the update.  Where significant changes are required: usually due to Legislative requirements, there would be an Annual Update Fee...
